Payroll Service

SIL operates a Payroll Service for employers who employ Personal Assistants.  We understand the issues which are specific to this field of employment and can take the hassle out of managing your own payroll and the responsibilities which this entails.
 
With over 12 years experience within the team, we can offer a fast, accurate and reliable payroll service which is up to date with all current legislation.  We offer full support, explanation and advice to employers and are able to tailor the service accordingly.

    As part of the service we will act as the employer’s agent.
    We will receive and deal with all HMRC enquiries and correspondence .
    By doing this, we will take away the worries of any complicated letters and confusion when talking to the tax office.

    The service can help an employer to calculate an appropriate pay rate for their PA, if they choose to use a different rate from the suggested  local authority rate.

    Our set up fee consists of registration with HMRC on behalf of the employer, setting up new employees and gathering appropriate personnel information in respect of their allowances. Also, giving the employer training around monthly timescales, time sheets, employer responsibilities and staff entitlements.
