1.30pm for singing.
Finish at 2.30pm


You don’t need to be able to sing. It’s fun, we’re not a choir.
We sing lots of genres of songs
Participants can choose which songs to sing from a large selection
No booking or referral necessary – just turn up and join in
No singing group through August due to the hall being closed.

Building a Healthier Gwent

As part of NHS Wales and Gwents 10 Year Public Health Strategic Plan Special community engagement events have been organised for:

Moon – outdoor dance circus performance

A free spectacular and accessible outdoor dance circus production by 2Faced Dance Company for disabled children and young people with their friends and family.

Follow Jack as he meets the moon and together, they embark on an amazing adventure.  Watch Jack’s world come to life with chalk, an aerial hoop and breath taking dancing.

FREE event. Bring a picnic and stay after the performance.

Children need to bring an adult.  The performance if fine will be outside and indoors if wet.

GOOD ACCESS includes the MOBILOO (accessible toilet and changing room).  MOON contains British Sign Language, audio description and incorporates touch tours of the set for visually impaired children and adults.
