Male Support Workers needed in north Herefordshire
SIL is a ‘not for profit’ organisation providing services that enable older and disabled people to live at home and access the community.
We have vacancies for Support Workers to support a man on the outskirts of Hereford who has a learning disability to live independently in the community and is interested in music, films, sport and days out in the community. You will need to be outgoing and have a sense of humour. 24 hour shifts including weekends on a rota.

Rate of pay – £9 per hour (£70 per sleep-in)
- Ability to provide person centred support essential
- Experience of supporting people with challenging behaviour desirable
- Full driving licence
- Attendance at training days required by SIL
