The Software and IT Support Officer will support staff across the organisation with IT centred support work in software applications, hardware management and telephony.
SIL has recently purchased a new software package, Access, to support Social Care Services, Human Resources and Finance operations within the organisation. The software will streamline processes, promote efficiency, and improve paperless working. The Software and IT Support Officer will be key to the successful implementation and integration of this new software package
