Moving and Positioning – Thursday 4th June 9.30am – 4.00pm

Mental Health First Aid 2 day* - Wednesday 10th & Thursday 11th 9.30am-5.00pm (both days)

Equality and Diversity – Monday 15th 10.00am – 1.00pm

Adult Safeguarding – Monday 15th 1.30-4.30pm

Communications and PCA – Thursday 18th 9.30am – 1.30pm

Fire Safety – Thursday 18th 2.00pm- 4.30pm

Nutrition and Infection Control – Monday 22nd 1.00-4.00pm

Safer Handling of Medication – Wednesday 24th 10.00am – 3.00pm

Health and Safety Incl Lone working – Tuesday 30th 10.00am – 1.00pm

*Mental Health First Aid 2 Day Dates – 9.30-5.00pm Both Days

  • An in depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing
  • Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues
  • Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress
  • Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening
  • Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support

All attendees will be awarded a certificate to confirm they are a Mental Health First Aider

In-house course 8-14 People £1750

1 Day Date – 9.30am – 5.00pm

Price: £95 per person

In-house course 8-14 People £1250

Our one-day mental health awareness and skills course qualifies employees as MHFA Champions.

Attendees will gain:

  • Knowledge and confidence to provide Mental Health First Aid for the most common mental health issues
  • Understanding of how to help build a mentally healthy workplace, challenge stigma and support positive wellbeing
  • A quick reference card for the Mental Health First Aid action plan

 

All attendees will be awarded a certificate to confirm they are a Mental Health Champion
