Medication
I have worked for SIL in Independent Living at Home for 16 years now. I work alongside Lisa Bradley, the Registered Manager and Rob Simpkin, Deputy Manager. I started out as a support worker and then progressed to support Team Co-ordinator. I was later offered and accepted the job role as a Team Leader.
In addition to my Team Leader role I also took on some office based work which involved invoicing, admin, rota checking and payroll within ILH. A few years later an opportunity came up to move my role to solely working within the office to also provide support to all of the ILH team on a day to day basis.
I love working for SIL and I have had and taken advantage of lots of opportunities offered to me throughout my career here, one of which is becoming a Medication Trainer with my fellow colleague Chib.
