May is here and at SIL we’re stepping into National Walking Month with enthusiasm—and plenty of footsteps! Our team is embracing the benefits of walking with weekly outings, making the most of the fresh air, movement, and, of course, good company.
Our first walk was met with glorious sunshine, setting the perfect scene for a stroll. Naturally, the warm weather called for a treat, and what better way to celebrate than with ice creams all round? Because while walking is fantastic for health and wellbeing, it’s also a brilliant excuse to catch up on the latest gossip with colleagues.
