
Homecare Coordinator – F/T

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Homecare Co-ordinator to join our Homecare team based at our Leominster office. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality homecare services.
About the Role
Working closely with the Homecare Registered Manager, you’ll coordinate care services, support our frontline teams, maintain accurate records, and help ensure the service remains safe, compliant and responsive to the needs of service users.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a key point of contact for service users, families and professionals.
Creating and managing Support Worker rotas to ensure effective service delivery throughout the year.
Monitoring annual leave, sickness absence and training compliance.
Supporting the induction, supervision and development of Support Workers.
Maintaining databases, records and invoicing processes.
Supporting quality assurance, audits and compliance requirements.
Participating in the on-call rota to support staff when required.
Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week
Location: Leominster (Office Based)
Salary: ยฃ27,651 per annum (ยฃ14.18 per hour)

- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service and person-centred support.
- Reliable, compassionate and aligned with SIL’s values of Partnership, Respect, Innovation, Diversity, Equality and Strength-Based Practice.
You’ll also need:
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
