The BIG day is drawing ever nearer so we’re just letting you know when and how you’ll be able to get in touch with us in the run up to and over the Christmas break. We’re also offering the chance to win a £20 Amazon gift voucher, see below.
We are working and will be contactable in all the usual ways until 5pm on Christmas Eve. After that time our main phone line will be over to voicemail and email vacation messages will be activated as we rush to switch off our computers and clear our dining tables of work equipment (the perils of home working 😀).
If you are an ILH or Homecare service user or family member and want to change or cancel shifts or report a change of health whilst the ‘office’ is closed then you should use your usual on-call numbers*.
