Dementia Awareness Week runs from Monday 16 – Sunday 22 May. The Courtyard, Hereford are hosting several activities to mark this: The Courtyard’s Spectacular Tea Dance kicks off the week on Tuesday 17 May at 2pm. The Zest for Life group is for people under the age of 65 living with young onset Dementia or cognitive impairment. They hold groups at the specialist centre Widdershins in Sebastopol, 1-1 home sessions, Zoom groups and a walking group.
