Leominster Meeting Centre and Dementia Friendly Leominster is about helping people and their families adjust to living with dementia.  They offer exercise, educational sessions, one-to-one meetings with support workers and advisers, as well as therapeutic activities and having FUN! The Zest for Life group is for people under the age of 65 living with young onset Dementia or cognitive impairment.  They hold groups at the specialist centre Widdershins in Sebastopol, 1-1 home sessions, Zoom groups and a walking group.
