Mental Health First Aid – Refresher

What is MHFA – Refresher?

If you are a Mental Health First Aider, you have skills for life that support you and the people around you. It is as important to keep those skills up to date as it is physical first aid.

The MHFA refresher course is also a great opportunity to share your experiences so far, and network with other Mental Health First Aiders. 

Please note that the MHFA Refresher is only for people who have completed an Adult MHFA Two Day or One Day

What will I learn?

The four hour MHFA Refresher course will empower you to:

• Keep your awareness of mental health support current and up-to-date
• Update your knowledge of mental health and what influences it
• Practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan
• Three years of access to the MHFAider Support App® with 24/7 digital support.
• Access to exclusive resources, ongoing learning opportunities, and the benefit of joining England’s largest community of trained MHFAiders.

How much does the training cost?

This refresher course costs £75 for a half day session, course materials, qualification certificate and refreshments.
