This nostalgic dementia friendly event offers the opportunity for those living with dementia to enjoy tea, cakes, music, and dancing. Students from Hereford College of Arts will also be in attendance to perform and join in the dancing.
“These dances are always a lot of fun, people of all abilities are brought together in a party atmosphere where everyone is welcome.” Says Tea Dance Host Rachel Freeman, “The Courtyard Tea Dances offer something different, using a wide range of music. It’s an occasion for experienced and beginner dancers to take to the floor, we dance on one foot or two and seated in chairs, anything goes.”
